Minor League Baseball Attendance Leader, Triple-A Champions
Hire Another Game Face Training Camp Participant

Steve GracioPORTLAND, OREGON —Game Face Sports Career Training Camp attendee Steve Gracio has been placed into an outside sales position with Minor League Baseball’s Sacramento River Cats, the 2007 Triple-A Champion and affiliate of the Oakland A's. Gracio is the 8th Game Face candidate hired by the River Cats since the Training Camp began eight years ago. He will join two other Training Camp attendees on the sales staff that contributed to the River Cats leading all of Minor League Baseball in attendance this past year for the 8th straight season at just over 10,000 fans per game.

Gracio grew up in southern California and graduated in 2006 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in agribusiness. After graduation he gained experience working for the Yellow Pages in advertising sales, and made efforts to network with executives in the sports industry to learn the best way to gain entrance.

“I heard so many positive things about Game Face, and it confirmed for me that in order to gain the experience necessary to pursue a career in the sports business, I needed to attend the Training Camp,” said Gracio. “The training I received has great value and prepared me for my current position, and the introduction to teams alone is worth the investment. I have a huge passion for baseball and this is a great place for me to start my career!”
