PORTLAND, OREGON — Game Face Sports Career Training Camp attendee Evan Mitz has been placed into a full-time, inside sales representative position with FC Dallas of Major League Soccer. He will promote, market, and sell the team to its fan base in and around the Dallas area.

Mitz played soccer in college and desired to turn his love for the game into a career. He worked as an intern with two professional soccer teams before learning about Game Face from an executive in the industry. “I’ve always had a passion for soccer and was excited about the possibilities of landing in MLS when I learned of Game Face’s extensive network in the league,” said Mitz. “At the Training Camp, I was put in a situation where I could become better prepared for my first job in sports as well as interview with MLS team executives. It proved to be a great learning ground for me as I start my career with F.C. Dallas,” added Mitz. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mitz received his B.A. in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
