Toronto Blue Jays Continue Hiring Game Face Training Camp Candidates

PORTLAND, OREGON —Game Face Sports Career Training Camp participant Glenn Jackson has been hired by the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball into a consumer sales representative position. Jackson is the 11th Game Face candidate hired in the last seven years by the Blue Jays.

Jackson grew up in nearby East York, Ontario before pursuing a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where he earned all-conference honors as a baseball player. Following graduation Jackson returned to the Toronto area to work in sales and marketing for a printer supply company. "Working for the Blue Jays was always a dream of mine but one that I never thought could come true until I learned about Game Face. I knew that the Game Face training combined with my previous experience would make me a great candidate for the Blue Jays," said Jackson. "I considered waiting several months before participating in the Training Camp, but realized that the sooner I made the jump the quicker I could establish and advance my career."

"As usual, Game Face has provided our organization with not only a qualified representative, but a quality person," said Blue Jays Manager, Consumer Sales John Santana. "Glenn's hard work, passion and drive are unmatched. The great results he has achieved coupled with his positive attitude will carry him a long way in this industry."
