Job Description:
Our client, an NFL franchise, is seeking to bolster their sales efforts by adding multiple Season Sales Executives. The Season Sales Executive is responsible for generating new revenue with a focus on Club Seats and General Bowl Seats via full and partial season packages. This position will be responsible for a new sales goal with revenue generated from cold calls, networking, referrals, call-ins, and package upgrades. A portfolio of existing Club Season Ticket Holders will be assigned to enhance current relationships and ensure high renewal rates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus is to generate new season ticket revenue via multiple offerings, and renew existing club seats
- Effectively and efficiently prospect for new revenue through researching industries, companies and individuals; cold calling; attending charity events and networking events; becoming a member of chambers or other business networking groups; conducting professional meetings with potential candidates; entertaining at games and events; getting referrals, and creating a network that you are able to grow over time
- Meet minimum expectations each week of calls and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through proactive communication including seat visits, phone calls, emails, events, etc.
- Manage all personal Club Seat accounts to ensure heightened level of customer service
- Ensure customer and account data, profile requirements, and communication recordings are accurate and complete
- Work closely with the Sales Manger to understand how they are selling, packaging and advertising their products so they send a consistent message into the marketplace
- Become an expert on all product offerings
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree
- Proven record of sales achievements
- Experience selling professional sports tickets and packages is preferred
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proven ability to work as a team member
- Self-motivated
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient computer skills required (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook); Archtics background is a plus
- Strong customer services skills required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
