Job Description:
Our client, an NFL franchise, is in the process of enhancing their existing Suite and Premium Ticket department. Primary responsibilities include developing a comprehensive business strategy to increase suite and premium package sales to companies, businesses and other high-end clients, creating robust service and retention campaigns to maximize the client's experience and needs, as well as managing the suite sales and service staff members.
Essential Job Functions
Leadership:
- Recruit and develop skill sets of both suite sales and service staff members
- Provide oversight and approval for sales and service staff recommendations for client needs
- Provide "closing" expertise and guidance for premium sales staff
- Conduct staff reviews and provide constructive criticism to develop required skill sets
- Plan and schedule premium sales and service training/coaching sessions with team and individual staff members
Sales and Service Responsibilities:
- Write, create and execute premium sales and retention strategy
- Generate suite prospects and business to business sales opportunities
- Participate in premium sales presentations
- Track and distribute leads for premium staff
- Develop all premium campaigns including annual renewals, up-sells, and add-ons
- Propose premium sales and retention goals for Suites Department
- Create and maintain department budget
Game Day:
- Direct face-to-face interaction with clients
- Provide immediate customer service for game day experience issues
Teamwork:
- Consistent and thorough communication with entire Ticket Department; including operations
- Closely collaborate with stadium personnel and front office staff on game day initiatives
Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years experience in sales
- Proven track record, with examples, of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with lead generation using CRM and database research resources
- Previously established business contacts and relationships
- Polished presentation skills
- Knowledge of premium sales and service best practices
- Self-sufficient, pro-active, able to prioritize, patience to adjust to changing schedule including weekend hours and game day commitments
- Close attention to detail and follow-through in all responsibilities
