Job Description: We are recruiting a Luxury Suites Sales Executive for our client, a high-profile franchise in the Northeast opening a new facility.
This person is a key member of the clubs suite sales initiative. Accordingly the candidate will develop suite prospects, design proposals, and make multiple sales presentations. This person will work closely with other senior sales executives at the organization to achieve sales goals. The candidate will also manage potential outside sales agents.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in marketing or related field: MBA is preferred
- Five (5) or more years experience in sales. Preferably premium hospitality sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with lead generation via database research tools and cold calls
- Significant number of contacts and relationships with high net individuals and premium hospitality buyers
- Proven ability to speak and present premium hospitality products to both large and small groups of potential buyers
- Knowledge of premium sales and marketing best practices
- Self-motivated, organized, strategic thinker with a tireless work ethic
- Strong ability to effectively interact externally with senior executives and internally with senior management
- Energetic, self-directed individual with the ability to manage time and prioritize initiatives and activities
