Job Description: NBA club located in the Northeast seeks an account executive to create and generate new business and revenue to the organization by selling various ticket plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through cold calls to area companies to set up appointments to sell season, partial and group packages
- Generate own leads by prospecting sales territory and generating referrals
- Responsible for closing sales over the phone as well as face-to-face appointments
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual goals set by the Director of Ticket Sales
- Attending Home Games to promote the team by selling various ticketing packages on the concourse
- Attending special events such as Business Clubs, Chamber of Commerce and lead generating events in specific territory
- Work with the marketing department and sales staff in order to generate customer leads and promote public awareness
