Positions within professional team sports are found in three distinct areas:

  3. Stadium Operations

At the major league level, more employees dictate that each has a specific duty within one of these three groups.  Where teams employ fewer workers at the minor league level, each has a broader scope of responsibility, normally requiring cross-over into two or all three groups.
